Pricing is confirmed in writing through each client’s individual agreement. Services may be billed as a one-time project or through a recurring monthly plan, as clearly outlined in your proposal or onboarding documents.

Refund Policy: All payments are fully earned and non-refundable, as stated in the client agreement.
Shipping/Delivery: All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise noted. Physical products, if applicable, are handled through approved third-party vendors.
Return & Cancellation Policy: Projects or plans may be canceled with at least 60 days’ written notice unless otherwise specified in your agreement. No refunds are issued for services rendered or partially completed.
Ownership: Deliverables become the client’s property upon receipt of full payment. Until that time, all content and materials remain the property of Business Buddy.
